Calculator data stays in your browser
The calculators run on your device. We do not send your entered shifts, pay rates, holidays or results to an application server. Printed results and CSV files are created in your browser. There are no user accounts or saved timesheets.
The language selector detects your browser’s preferred language locally. If you choose a language, that preference is saved in local storage on this device so the site remembers it. We do not use IP geolocation. You can clear the preference through your browser’s site-data controls.
Hosting and essential requests
Cloudflare hosts this website. Requests for pages and assets can include ordinary connection information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and security events. Cloudflare may process that data to deliver and protect the service. We do not use it to build a payroll profile.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you send so we can respond. Share only what is needed to explain your question.
Advertising
The site is being prepared for Google AdSense. No advertising or analytics scripts are currently active. The publisher verification tag and ads.txt file identify the intended publisher without loading ads.
Before advertising is enabled, this policy will be updated to describe the providers and actual cookie use, with appropriate consent controls for the locations served.
