Using the tools
Work & Time provides general calculation tools and educational explanations. You are responsible for checking the inputs, selected settings and result before using them in a schedule, payroll submission, contract or other record.
A calculation is not a determination of tax, employment law, working-time limits or entitlement to pay. Choose settings that match the period and arrangement you intend to estimate, and seek qualified advice when needed.
Your records
Keep your original timesheets and agreed rates. A downloaded CSV or printed result reflects only the data and assumptions entered at the time. The site does not certify hours worked or store a copy of your records.
Do not use these tools to falsify records, infringe others’ rights or disrupt the service.
Availability and corrections
We aim to provide useful and accurate tools, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or suitability for every situation. Report a suspected error to agbeko.dzamesi@ie-gh.com with a reproducible example. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
